What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel up to 30 days before the class for a full refund. After that, you can reschedule once, pending availability.

Where are you located, and is there parking?
We’re on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago’s North Center neighborhood. There’s paid street parking in front, a large paid lot across
the street, and free parking on nearby side streets (Bernice and Byron).

What should I bring to class?
We provide all sewing machines and tools. No extra supply fees.
Adult classes list any fabric or materials to bring. Kids classes include all supplies and fabric.

What are your studio hours?
We operate by appointment only and do not have regular studio hours.

Do you offer retail items or sell sewing supplies?
No, we do not offer retail items or sewing supplies for sale.

Can I bring my sewing machine in for repairs?
No, we do not provide sewing machine repair services.

Do you offer clothing alterations?
No, we do not offer alterations, but you can take our Hemming & Alterations class!

Can you do custom sewing or make something for me?
No, we do not offer custom sewing services or take commissions for individual projects.
